Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a unique and iconic venue in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a restaurant within a setting that combines rich history with a modern twist, offering a truly unique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is served consistently
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure the restaurant operates within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
