Job Description:
Civil Engineers with a strong passion for the built environment are sought to join our progressive and award-winning team. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects that shape construction in the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in project work, including concept and scheme design, modelling, detailed design and specification, and drawing. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams, and liaising with internal and external team members.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000, an excellent benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, health benefits, and flexible working arrangements. Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop your technical skills through complex projects and softer skills through our early careers learning and development program: 'The Learning Curve'.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, Civil 3D, Infodrainage
- Full UK driving license and student or graduate membership with the ICE and/or IStructE
