Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Tewkesbury.

Role Overview:

Our client is a young male with cerebral palsy, hearing and sight impairments. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our client's daily life, assisting with medication management, moving and handling, and personal care.

You will work alongside a registered nurse and a second support worker, providing care as a team. We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you're equipped to meet our client's needs confidently.

Requirements:
