We are seeking a skilled and experienced Probate Lawyer to join our Wills and Probate department at PCB Solicitors LLP. The successful candidate will work closely with our established team to provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate, preparing tax forms and probate accounts, and administering estates
• Provide expert legal advice on probate and related matters to clients
• Use case management systems to ensure efficient and effective management of client matters
• Draft legal documentation and maintain accurate records
• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in probate law and trusts
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Full-time permanent position
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
