Care Support Worker

About the Role
The Support Practitioner will provide support to individuals within their own home in Buckie, assisting with daily life tasks including finances, medication, cooking, and housework. The role also involves supporting with hobbies and interests, such as swimming, bingo, and in-house & outdoor activities.
About You
Cornerstone Community Care is looking for a caring and compassionate individual with good communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team. A full driving licence and at least one year's experience on the roads is preferred.
What We Offer
As a Support Practitioner with Cornerstone Community Care, you will receive training and support to develop your skills and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees.
Shift Patterns
Shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings, days, and evenings, with weekends, sleepovers, or waking nights also forming part of the rota on a rotational basis. Sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, and you will receive an additional payment of £96 for every sleepover shift worked. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus £20 per waking night shift worked.
