Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Forum School, a 38-52 weeks school and home for children and young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in Blandford Forum.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children learn and develop skills for life. You will work closely with our dedicated teams to provide individualized support and care to our young people, helping them to achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people with personal care needs
  • Help take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to provide individualized support and care
  • Help children learn and develop skills for life

What We Offer

We offer a fully supported 6 month probationary period, including a mentor and line manager to help you get the best start to your career at The Forum School. We also offer a Level 3 RQF Child and young person's workforce qualification - FREE.
