Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth operation of the after-school club.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to parents and children, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the club is run efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the club is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Playworker qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
