Caregiver Position Available

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced nurse to join our care team at Thistle Healthcare Limited.

About the Job

This role involves delivering person-centered care to residents and service users in a care setting, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  1. Delivering high-quality patient care, managing caseloads, and providing guidance to care teams.
  2. Conducting continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £26.00, with flexible contracts allowing you to choose your shifts. You will also receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training program, as well as a range of benefits including free parking on site and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements
  1. A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
  2. Experience as a Qualified Nurse in a care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
