About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Bid Manager to support our management team in responding to tenders from councils, schools, and education trusts. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a crucial role in helping us secure contracts that align with our mission to provide healthy school meals to as many children as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather essential information for tender submissions.
  • Utilize AI tools to draft and write compelling tender documents efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for tender submissions.
  • Analyze tender requirements and identify key areas for differentiation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of tender opportunities and track bid progress.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in bid management or a related field. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for social responsibility and a desire to make a positive impact are essential.
