JRS Associates Ltd has partnered with a prominent local manufacturer, seeking an experienced CNC Miller - Setter, Operator, Programmer to join their team.
Role OverviewThis position arises due to sustained contract growth, necessitating the recruitment of a skilled precision engineer. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operating Fanuc, Siemens and/or Mazatrol controls, as well as experience working on 3 or 5-axis milling machines.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and programming complex components for the Nuclear, Power Generation, and Aerospace industries
- Operating various machinery, including milling machines, to produce high-precision parts
- Maintaining quality control standards by adhering to tight tolerances and ensuring smooth production workflows
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £34,500 to £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with various shift options and opportunities for overtime at 1.5x pay. Additionally, they will receive:
- 33 days of holiday entitlement (including statutory)
- A company Sick Pay Scheme active after one year of service
