Customer Service Delivery Associate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Delivery Associate to join our team at Iceland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working on the road and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service and representing Iceland as a brand ambassador.
- Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
In addition to delivering customer orders, you will also be required to assist with store operations, including helping with checkout tasks and packing stock.
Requirements- A current driving license with at least 3 years' experience and no more than 6 points.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and experience a seamless delivery process.
