BEMS Consultant - Energy Efficiency Expert Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BEMS Consultant to join our team in Surrey. As a Building Energy Management Systems expert, you will work across diverse projects, from feasibility studies to detailed designs and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting System Condition surveys, producing reports and recommendations for clients
2. Completion of Feasibility Studies, Energy Management Surveys, Specification reviews & evaluation
3. Providing Application advice to clients
4. Production of Concept / Scheme designs, performance specifications and detailed design development
5. Engaged in Tender Management and Tender Vetting on behalf of the client.
6. Production of Cost/Bid analysis
7. Project Management on behalf of client to include project progress reporting and Contract Administration as applicable
8. Responsible for Commissioning Management and Snagging on behalf of client
9. Conduct system witness testing and Attendance at BMS FAT's and SAT's.
10. Production of case studies
11. Review/updating of building energy log books
12. Client systems training
13. Maintain your personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD); sharing knowledge internally with colleagues and externally with clients
14. Capture all activity in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool to ensure collaboration and continuity of efforts across the teams

Requirements:

1. Minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical / mechanical)
2. Degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering (desirable).
3. Building Services Consultancy (desirable).

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including an employer contributory pension, 33 days holiday, electric car allowance, and private health cover after probation.
