Your Role

You will lead the technical implementation of integrations with partner systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This involves collaborating across teams, troubleshooting & optimizing integrations, and developing repeatable processes and scalable integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Critical Partnerships: Manage the technical implementation of integrations with HR systems, job boards, and other partner platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Provide expert guidance to partners during integrations, resolving issues efficiently and proactively improving processes to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Scale Our Platform: Develop scalable integration frameworks to support our rapid growth and expanding customer base, ensuring seamless integrations and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms, with a focus on HR technology or ATS solutions.
  • Project Leadership: A proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects, balancing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trust with partners and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
