Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the service's budget and financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting regular care needs assessments and reviews.
- Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to deliver excellent care.
- Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery and positive outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a care manager or in a similar leadership position.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
