Procurement Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team at Addition, a leading technology solutions provider. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Order Management: Oversee the creation of purchase orders, ensuring that supplier quotes are accurate and valid at the time of purchase, and align with our policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery of purchase orders, expediting when necessary.
  • Quote Assistance: Assist the Pre-sales and Sales Teams in obtaining supplier quotes for active opportunities.
  • Accounts Support: Support the Accounts Team in resolving supplier invoicing queries.
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure that CRM systems and records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
