Warwickshire County Council is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Children's Homes Residential Care Team. As a Children's Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent and effective approach to care, adhering to statutory regulations and good practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in residential care.
