We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of annual accounts for various entities, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of annual accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- General bookkeeping duties, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Administration duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required.
- AAT qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in accountancy software, including Xero and Sage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in accounts preparation within a practice environment.
- Enthusiasm and drive for results, with a commitment to achieving goals and delivering high-quality work.
