About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Officer to join our team at Signature Aviation. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of our Edinburgh Airport base, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of ground services to our customers' aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with aircraft operators, travel organizers, airport authorities, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers, and relevant authorities to coordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft at the airport.
- Provide world-class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility while safely delivering ground services to our customers' aircraft, including towing and fuelling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver a 5-star experience.
- Flexible and able to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid and clean driving license.
- IT literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in aviation, travel, luxury retail, or hospitality would be advantageous.
- HGV license would be desirable, otherwise, you will be trained on this.
