Pension Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to support our clients in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pensions administration, with experience in processing new and existing business, and a proven ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions and investments with minimal supervision
  • Monitor workflow to ensure high standards are maintained and deadlines are met
  • Maintain the internal CRM database and upkeep transactional records
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support senior team members
  • Liaise directly with clients and their financial advisors

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' relevant pension experience, working with SIPP or SSAS pensions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A head for numbers and good initiative
  • Ability to communicate clearly and a good telephone manner
