Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, guaranteeing full functionality and quality service.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging your expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation, fostering a positive experience.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

  • A degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating your technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Support Specialist or in a similar role, showcasing your problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Able to travel regularly to customer sites, adapting to diverse environments.
