About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer to join our team at Flexicruit Limited, a leading provider of conveyancing services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property, ensuring timely and effective completion of transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds).
  • Supervise conveyancing assistants and support staff.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • Comply with all internal and external audits.
  • Share information and best practices with colleagues wherever possible.
  • Work following the firms detailed policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with at least one year's PQE or an NQ with a number of years of pre-qualification experience working in a busy conveyancing practice.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing and proactive attitude to risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Conscientious, self-driven, and quick learner.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of using the firms case management system and working in a paperless office.
  • General commercial and financial awareness.
