We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive to join our Customer Marketing Operations team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative email and app communications that resonate with our customers
• Design and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns under tight deadlines
• Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to innovate and elevate customer communications, shaping engagement and loyalty

• Confident working in fast-paced environments with a keen interest in digital marketing and relevant technologies
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a qualification in a related field advantageous
• Able to work collaboratively with your close team and the wider business to achieve shared goals
