Job Overview:
- Conduct laboratory tests to analyze the chemical composition of materials.
- Operate advanced laboratory equipment, including FTIRs, spectrophotometers, and gas chromatographs.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and calibrate devices as required.
- Develop chemical solutions according to established protocols and add chemicals or raw materials to process solutions or products batches.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety procedures, operating instructions, and technical documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a dynamic work environment.
