Job Overview

Mantell Associates is a global Life Science and Pharmaceutical headhunting firm, providing staffing solutions to the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, CDMO, CRO, Diagnostics, Animal Health, Consulting, Medical Device, and MedTech sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in line with our ambitious growth plans. This role offers fast-track career progression in a culture dedicated to personal growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining constant contact with candidates and clients throughout the process.
  • Engage with clients and candidates daily, building relationships and generating leads.
  • Promote Mantell Associates as an ambassador in the market, understanding that each interaction contributes to building our brand and network.
  • Monitor the wider market closely and demonstrate curiosity to uncover potential business leads and market information.
  • Headhunt top industry talent for high-level vacancies across our client base.
Requirements
  • A proven track record (2+ years) in Life Science & Pharmaceutical recruitment, either contract or permanent.
  • Ability to adapt to various business cultures and build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Ambitious, reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • The capacity to be resilient, work at a significant pace in an ever-changing environment, and persevere through rejection.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a 'go-getter' attitude to tackle challenges proactively.
  • Must be based in London or have a commutable journey to London.
