Thriving Practice Seeks Experienced RVN
We're looking for a confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our West London team. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll have strong input into the nursing care of all patients and be encouraged to utilise your skills in managing in-patients, conducting nurse-led clinics, and undertaking Schedule 3 procedures.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who enjoys variety and the opportunity to build relationships while supporting the delivery of nurse-focused care across our cluster of West London practices.
Our nurses are highly valued members of the team who are key to the continued success of the business. They have strong input into the nursing care of all patients and are encouraged to utilise their skills in managing in-patients, conducting nurse-led clinics, undertaking Schedule 3 procedures, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with surgeries, and carrying out all associated peri-operative care.
We provide support and development to help individuals identify opportunities that align within their own, individual career aspirations, whether that is to grow in a clinically focused role or in a people leadership role.
Developing and empowering our nurses is very important to us. As a Linnaeus Associate, you will have access to over 150 hours of pre-recorded CPD. We run a range of modular courses that are fully funded covering a variety of topics such as our Association of Veterinary Anaesthetists (AVA) accredited anaesthesia and analgesia modular course, our bereavement course, canine and feline courses, and nurse consulting course.
The Nursing Career Framework is designed to support career progression and development and supports clinically focused pathways and a people leadership pathway. Our Nurse Career Framework also supports a competitive salary reflecting skills and experience held while identifying future goals and opportunities. CPD including advanced qualifications is actively encouraged as this facilitates development of the veterinary nursing teams to ensure the team are fully utilised and able to work at the top of their licence.
