Cybersecurity Training and Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Cybersecurity Training and Internship Program at Refonte AI. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity and work alongside a global team of experts.

The selected candidate will engage in a variety of impactful cybersecurity tasks, including:

  • DevSecOps CI/CD Development: Assist in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST).
  • Vulnerability Assessment & Reconnaissance: Learn to secure systems by evaluating vulnerabilities and performing threat modeling on web application architectures.
  • Security Methodologies: Implement OWASP methodologies to improve security across projects, utilizing hands-on experience with open-source intelligence and security tools.
  • Data Analysis and System Security: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify security risks and create effective vulnerability management strategies.
  • Advanced Network Security: Master network scanning techniques with tools like NMAP and NPING to explore, identify, and mitigate threats outside IDS and firewall parameters.
  • Application Security: Gain insights into web application and server vulnerabilities, learning preventive strategies to combat potential attacks.

The internship provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that include:

  • Securing Multi-Cloud AI Infrastructure: Help configure and automate multi-cloud environments with a focus on AI and security.
  • Vulnerability Management & Threat Analysis: Contribute to advanced threat modeling and risk assessment for large-scale applications.
  • Ethical Hacking Techniques: Develop ethical hacking skills by learning the latest reconnaissance and penetration testing methods.
  • Security for Financial Data: Work on algorithms and methods for detecting and mitigating financial fraud, and gain insight into the security needs of various sectors.
  • AI-driven Cybersecurity Solutions: Use AI to create predictive models and help secure digital infrastructures against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in various cybersecurity tasks, including:

  • CI/CD pipeline development and deployment.
  • Vulnerability assessment and threat modeling.
  • Implementing OWASP methodologies and utilizing open-source intelligence and security tools.
  • Data analysis and system security.
  • Advanced network security using NMAP and NPING.
  • Application security and vulnerability prevention.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
