Reliability Engineer Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to join a World Leading Manufacturing company in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement reliability improvement projects for machinery and production lines
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address reliability issues
* Analyze data to optimize production processes and reduce downtime
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of automation systems and PLC programming
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Familiarity with the food, distribution, medical, or automotive industries is desirable
