About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals for our clients* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment* Work effectively with the kitchen team to meet deadlines and achieve targets* Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance the dining experience* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall quality and efficiency* Stay up-to-date with health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines* Take ownership of inventory management and ordering supplies* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Chef or in a related role* Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and customer service* Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods* Valid Food Safety Certification* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
