Job Title: IFA Client Support

Reed Financial Services is working with a well-established IFA business to find an experienced IFA Client Support professional for their Exeter or Bath office.

Job Summary:

To provide administrative support to the Planner and Technical Support team, promote the company positively, remain customer service-focused at all times, and ensure empathy with our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a personalised and high-quality service to clients.
  • Obtain information from providers on clients' existing financial arrangements and prepare client valuations.
  • Input all client information and history into the back office system.
  • Undertake other administration duties on a day-to-day basis as requested.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
