About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at FORTH Building Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of different Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems across our client sites in Hampshire and Dorset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems, using technical knowledge and expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with office teams and colleagues to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 / F-Gas Certification
  • IPAF / PASMA Certification
  • Extensive experience in maintaining Air Conditioning units, including split systems, VRVs, VRFs, and twin and multi-split units.
  • Competence in performing basic plumbing tasks to support HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
  • L8 Training desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and office teams.
