Job Title: Lifestyle Program Manager

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

RCH Care Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Program Manager to lead our activity program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver activity programs that promote cognitive, physical, and social stimulation
  • Supervise and support activity coordinators in their daily tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily routines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Person Specification:

  • NVQ HSC Level 2 or QCF HSC Award 2
  • Experience working with older adults (with and without dementia)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
