Production Graduate Role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Programme as a Production Graduate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a successful, growing, multinational organisation.
The Graduate Programme has created many leaders within the business. As a Production Graduate, you will receive a comprehensive 2-year development programme within one of our divisions, where you will learn the business and production processes in depth while contributing to real business projects across UK and Ireland sites.
At the end of your 2-year development programme, you may apply for structured roles within the organisation and to continue onto the graduate leadership development programme.

Requirements and Skills:
- University Degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or other related discipline
- Fluent English language skills - written and verbal
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- You will also need to have an abundance of drive and energy
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
A second European language (e.g. Spanish or French) would be advantageous but is not essential. The graduate scheme requires the individual to undertake placements which may take place at any of our UK & Ireland, or on occasion, international, locations. The role will also require travel to other sites across the group, including to other Countries. You must have the ability to be based at other sites across UKI, Europe or US for extended periods of time in line with Graduate Programme requirements.
