Conveyance Specialist

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.

In this exciting role as Conveyance Specialist - Real Estate and Wayleave Expert, you will be part of our dynamic Legal Operations Team at Liberty Global Shared Services Limited. You will be responsible for handling claims made on behalf of consumer brands and defending claims against them. You will also be involved in analysing new claim instructions, collaborating with legal teams, and escalating issues with landlords, council representatives, and residents.

You will work closely with our C&I Business Partners to design and test automation solutions using our systems. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure effective resource utilisation.

This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. You will have access to the latest technology and case management systems to support your day-to-day activities.

• Proven experience in real estate, property, and/or wayleave/code agreements, or as an accomplished Wayleave Officer
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• High levels of attention to detail, prioritisation, and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and insatiable curiosity
• Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
