Clinical Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Service Manager to join our team at Allington Court Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
- Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
- Build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself, fostering a sense of community.
- Liaise with local partners, playing an important role in raising the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
Requirements:
- A valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
- Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
- Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with a compassionate approach to teamwork.
