Overview

Spicerhaart, a leading independent property services group, is seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team in Congleton.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange property viewings and conduct property presentations.
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales with vendors and buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £25,000 per year.
  • Basic salary of £16,000 per year.
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline.
  • Uncapped commission.

  • Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification.
