Job Opportunity:
A highly skilled Aerospace Business Growth Specialist is sought by WRS Recruitment to lead business expansion in the defence sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing trustworthy client relationships, maximizing commercial propositions, and contributing to growth strategies as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through new opportunity identification and client relationship nurturing
  • Apply Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients
  • Develop strategic plans and conduct market analysis to inform business decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance regulations in the payroll industry


Requirements:
  • Experience in the payroll, recruitment, or staffing industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
