Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager
About Us: Britannia Hotels, a leading hotel chain in the UK, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at The Basingstoke Country Hotel. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections, and working alongside various departments to communicate effectively as required. Additionally, the candidate will manage the team, including their rotas and training, and ensure all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced trades person with excellent DIY skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to maintain accurate records.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
