Key Responsibilities:- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market, leveraging industry connections and market research.
- Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions that meet client requirements.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards across all projects, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project successes and areas for improvement.
