Are you a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive Secondary School ahead of your Teacher Training next year?
We are seeking a Graduate Academic Mentor to join our 'Outstanding' Secondary school in Southwark for the full academic year.
The school has a strong track record of bringing in Graduates as Secondary Academic Mentors and providing world-class training and support to enable you to go on to be an outstanding Secondary Teacher.
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will have the opportunity to work in your preferred Key Stage, show your creative flair, and support the Class Teacher by providing whole class support.
You will also have the chance to run targeted interventions to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, and support students with mild SEN (Special Educational Needs).
The school is located in the buzzing and diverse borough of Southwark and has a warm, friendly, and close-knit atmosphere.
