About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks across different trades, including carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and electrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Completing various tasks in multiple trades, such as fitting, fixing, and designing property solutions.
  2. Working on domestic and commercial projects, collaborating with clients, suppliers, and construction professionals.
  3. Developing reactive solutions to property development issues and providing expert advice.
  4. Utilizing own tools and transport to service client requirements.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this position, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience as a Multi-Trade Specialist, with specialisms in plastering, carpentry, general construction, plumbing, roofing, and electrics.
