Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our Neonatal Community team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Community Neonatal Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants from hospital to community services.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will use their specialist knowledge and experience to assess, plan, develop, and implement care plans in conjunction with family/carers. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and promote the health and well-being of our patients.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a qualified Neonatal Nurse with current registration and a Neonatal qualification. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. A current driving licence is also essential.
Desirable qualifications include counselling skills and leadership/management courses. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
