Our Service:
The Beeches Residential Home provides long-term care and support services to adults with learning disabilities. Our service is designed to promote independence and well-being, while also addressing the complex needs of each individual. We work closely with our service users, their families, and other agencies to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Long Term Care Specialist. This is a rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of adult care and support principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support services
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. health and social care)
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £35,200 - £45,200 per annum
* Overtime enhancements and weekend rates
* 48 hours per week (2 sleep-in shifts with on-call responsibilities)
