Join Our Team:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Sports Coach to join our team at Messiah College. As a Swimming Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children by teaching them how to swim and promoting water safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons to children between 3 and 17 years old.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with parents regarding scheduling conflicts.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance student progress and achieve program goals.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience teaching children aged 3-17 years old.
  • Knowledge of water safety and swimming techniques.
  • A competitive swimming background or Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
