About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Team Assistant to join our team at Homes for Students. As a key member of our lettings team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HMO properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage lettings and maintain accurate records. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with our maintenance team to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external contractors. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
