Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and confident Reach Truck Driver to join our team at Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited. As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Reach Truck to transport goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Operation of Equipment: Ensure the safe operation of the Reach Truck, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.
  • Product Integrity: Ensure the integrity of the product remains intact during transportation and storage.
  • Fault Identification and Rectification: Identify and rectify any faults or issues with the Reach Truck or equipment.
  • Driving Standards: Maintain safe driving standards at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Damage Prevention: Minimize damage to product and equipment, and report any damages to your team leader.
  • Reporting: Report any potential breaches of hygiene standards, including damage, contamination, sabotage, and pest issues.
  • Logistics: Ensure all reverse logistics are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Must have an in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Accredited FLT Reach licence and be able to pass a drug and alcohol assessment.
  • Skills and Attributes: Numerate and literate, excellent levels of communication, ability to work on own initiative, and ability to build effective team relationships.
