Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure the safety and security of food stock, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and presentation methods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong commitment to food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
