Job Title: CSR Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced CSR Director to lead our corporate responsibility and global philanthropy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our CSR strategy, managing our corporate foundation, and driving employee engagement and volunteering programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement our CSR strategy, aligning with our company values and goals
• Manage our corporate foundation, including grant management, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive employee engagement and volunteering programs, including workplace giving and community volunteer programs
• Build and maintain relationships with external nonprofit partners, stakeholders, and senior management
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our CSR efforts and engage employees

Requirements:

• Progressive experience in CSR, corporate foundations, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in program development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and autonomy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting, grant management, and reporting
