Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated EYFS Class Lead Teacher to join our team. As a qualified teacher with a passion for early years education, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience working with young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent. We offer a competitive salary of £14,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

**About the Role:**

  • Lead and manage an EYFS class of students
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
