About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our construction engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the installation of LV equipment, points heating, DNO's, signalling power, Junction Lighting, and domestic level electrical kit in railway buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Plan and manage the installation of LV equipment, points heating, DNO's, signalling power, Junction Lighting, and domestic level electrical kit in railway buildings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an installation team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and 3rd parties, ensuring the implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards into construction planning and works.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with working within the railway environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in railway infrastructure construction and electrical installation.
  • Valid PTS (Personnel Track Safety) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £**(£ estimated from base job description)** per day, paid daily, including holiday pay and other benefits. The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
