About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Plumber to join our team at Lazard Plumbing, Heating & Gas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending pre-booked appointments, performing repairs and installations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-booked appointments and manage your diary with the support of our team
  • Perform repairs and installations to a high standard, adhering to our company's quality guidelines
  • Liaise with clients to plan jobs and address any queries or concerns
  • Utilize our company app to update job stages and upload photos
  • Operate your own van and tools, with petrol costs covered
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in domestic plumbing
  • Proven track record of working in customer homes and interacting with the general public
  • Clean full UK or EU driving license
  • Van and NVQ qualification
Desirable Skills and Qualities
  • Expertise in pipefitting up to 35mm
  • Bathroom plumbing installations
  • Central heating installations
  • Underfloor heating installations
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and self-motivation
